1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LinkStay's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
LinkStay provides English-language official websites and direct online booking for hotels, so international guests can learn about a property and reserve stays on the hotel’s own site. We supply the website technology, secure checkout, and booking support on behalf of participating hotels. LinkStay does not operate a wholesale travel marketplace for agents or resellers.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Using the service only for lawful purposes
4. Booking and Cancellation
All bookings are subject to room availability and the hotel’s policies. Cancellation rules depend on the rate you select and are clearly shown before you complete payment. LinkStay reserves the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Service Guarantee
If a guest encounters service issues at the property, including but not limited to no room being available upon arrival, LinkStay will arrange an upgrade or placement at a comparable alternative hotel. If suitable accommodation cannot be arranged, LinkStay will compensate the guest with an amount equal to two times the first night's room rate for the affected booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
LinkStay's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
