Frequently asked questions

How do I make a reservation?

Choose your dates and number of guests on the hotel page, select a room and rate, enter guest details at checkout, and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation by email when the booking is successful.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

It depends on the rate conditions shown before you pay (free cancellation until a deadline, or non-refundable). Open your order page from the confirmation email, or contact support with your order number. Paid cancellations that allow a refund follow the stated cancellation policy.

When will I be charged?

Most bookings require payment (or authorization) at the time of booking through our secure payment partner. The exact amount, currency, and any deposit rules are shown before you confirm.

I did not receive a confirmation email

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email and phone number used at checkout, and your approximate booking time.

What if the price changes before I pay?

Rates and availability can change. If the price changes during checkout, you will be asked to review the updated total before continuing.

Do children need ages?

Yes. If your stay includes children, please select each child’s age when searching so we can show the correct rates and occupancy rules.

Who do I contact for help?

For website or payment issues, email support@linkstay.com and include your order number if you have one. For check-in time, parking, or room requests, contact the hotel directly.
